Friends of the Earth	Watford Friends of the Earth hold regular monthly meetings at The Newton Price Centre on the third Thursday of each month (except August and December).

Fujian White Crane Kung Fu	There is Kung Fu, and there is Fujian White Crane Kung Fu. Don't settle for anything but the best. The Crane is a Chinese symbol of happiness and longevity and Crane style exercises are renowned in China for improving the general wellbeing of the practitioner. As well as the muscle groups, Fujian White Crane Kung Fu exercises increase flexibility, improve lung capacity, strengthen the joints and increase bone density. There is much more to this style than fighting. It is a complete system for better health.

iDance Studios	Idance offer tuition in ballet, creative dance, jazz dance, street dance or street jazz dance, street workout, hip hop, popping and locking, B-Boy break dancing and Illumin-8 after-school dance for girls and boys. Idance organise two dance companies: Culture Shock Dance Troupe United Kingdom (18 years plus); and Future Shock Dance Troupe (11 to 17 years). Evening classes for Adults and Mature Teens are held at The Newton Price Centre.
